Registration is not complete until payment is received online or by mail. Refunds will not be accepted after August 4, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $25 Administration Fee. If the season does nor occur, full refunds will be issued.
By selecting the preferred division in this form, I understand that this may not be changed once the season has started.
Official team representatives are ultimately responsible for all outstanding fees by his or her team, and as such are legally liable for their team's financial commitments and not individual players.
