Season Overview▼
  • All Games are at River Osborne CC (101 Pembina Hwy)
  • Season runs from October 26 to late February/Early March.
  • 3 Skill Levels Competative / Recreation / Casual 
  • 14 game regular season plus playoffs. All teams will make playoffs.
  • Weekly player statistical updates, standings and live game scores.
  • One game official & timekeeper. (Two officials for playoffs)
  • Games are split into two 20 Minute halves running time.
  • The last 2 minutes of the game is stop time if within three goals.
  • All games are played at River Osborne Community Center. 101 Pembina Hwy.
  • Prizes awarded for all division champions & trophy presentation..
Registration & Payment▼
  • Regestration Opens: Sept 10, 2025
  • Deadline: Oct 20 or when we reach 30 teams
  • Individual free agent Fee: $175.00 (GST included)
  • Team Fee: $1,745 (GST included must be paid by Game 1 or it Defaults to Payment plan) 
  • Deposit: $400 to enter the schedule
  • Payment Plan Option (1745+$50 → total $1,795)
  • $400 deposit (pre-paid to be scheduled)
  • $500 due Game 1
  • $500 due Game 5
  • $395 due Game 9
     

Failure to meet any of these payment dates will result in team suspension from the active schedule. 

ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN THE ONLINE WAVER FORM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR STATS AND PLAYOFFS

 

Divisions▼

Men’s

  • 3-on-3 + goalie
  • Competative, Recreational and Casual Divistions
  • Sundays (aft/eve)
  • Game roster max 10 incl. goalie
  • Overall roster max 18 (excl. goalies)
  • Goalies may play across divisions
  • Lower Divisions may roster 2 attackers from a higher Division; only 1 may dress per game

Co-ed

  • 4-on-4 + goalie (2F + 2M on floor)
  • A/B Divisions
  • Sundays (morn/aft)
  • Game roster max 11 (excl. goalie)
  • Overall roster max 20 (incl. goalies)

Women’s

  • 3-on-3 + goalie
  • A/B Divisions
  • Sundays (morn/aft)
  • Game roster max 10 (excl. goalie)
  • Overall roster max 18 (incl. goalies)
Rules▼
  • All Players Must Sign the online waiver.
  • 3-second key rule applies.
  • Rosters freeze for attacker additions after Game 11. 
  • Goalies may be added until the final regular-season game.
  • Playoff eligibility: 6 regular-season games (goalies: 1 at goaltender).
  • Stats roster after Game 11 = official list; first game played = you’re rostered.
  • If at game-max, no injury subs (including goalie).
  • If lone goalie injured, an attacker must play goal or play without a goalie.

Jerseys • Numbers • Playoffs▼
  • Matching base colour & unique permanent numbers (1–2 digits) by Nov 16 2025.
  • Players must maintain the same number through out the season
  • Minor penalties for jersey infractions (max 3 per game).
  • Colour clash: coin toss decides who switches; playoffs = home team priority.
  • Sleeves required; no tape on uniforms.

  • Roster Size:

  • Co-ed: Maximum 20 players total; game-day roster limited to 11 (including goalies).

  • Men’s/Women’s: Maximum 18 players total; game-day roster limited to 10 (including goalies).

  • Once the roster limit is reached, it is frozen. No replacements are allowed if a player withdraws or misses a game
