2024 Summer Ball Hockey Officials

 

 

 

If you are interested in becoming a Certified Manitoba Ball Hockey Association Referee, you may attend one of our certification clinics. You must pre-register using the Referee Clinic Registration Form. 

 

Referees must register below & attend a certification clinic and write the exam in order to officiate in 2024. Once the exam is completed and a passing grade is attained, Certification certificates will be issued upon course payment of $40.00

 

A participant must be a minimum of 14 years of age to enter the program. 

 

Referee Certification Course

Upon completion of Course, the certified MBHA Official will receive a Casebook/Rulebook, league specific basic rulebook and individual accident insurance. The certified official will have the opportunity to officiate in any Canada Ball Hockey or Manitoba Ball hockey sanctioned league or event accross Canada. All certified officials have the opportunity to be selected to officiate at any Provincial championship, Provincial tournament or the Canadian Ball Hockey Junior or Senior championships.

The Youth (MMBHL) and Adult (WBHL) Summer Ball hockey program begins in Early May and runs until Late June. Games are played primarily Monday through Thursdays.

The 2024 Referee Clincs are scheduled for the following dates and locations:

Experienced Officials Clinic (1 or more Ball Hockey seasons)

Monday April 22, 2024

Westridge CC - 7PM
