JERSEY RULE IS NOW IN EFFECT
Parking is FREE while you’re at the rink. Paid parking is overnight only.
The Winnipeg Ball Hockey League has reviewed incidents from a recent game and has issued the following suspensions in accordance with WBHL rules and CBHA standards:
One player has been suspended for 8 games for delivering an illegal and dangerous hit resulting in injury, followed by additional unsafe actions after the play.
One player has been suspended for 6 games for the use of racially discriminatory language directed toward an opponent.
One player has been suspended for 2 games for leaving the players’ bench and engaging as a third man in during an on-floor altercation.
The WBHL is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Dangerous play, discriminatory language, and escalation from the bench will not be tolerated.
